Purchase a report on the Mintel Store

Read this article to understand payment methods on the Mintel Store and how complete your purchase once you have found a report you'd like to purchase.

💡 Tip: If needed you can change the currency on the Store by clicking on GBP (£), EUR (€), or USD ($) in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.

Pay for your report

Start by adding the report(s) you'd like to purchase to your cart by clicking on Add to cart on each report summary page. Then, in the cart, click on Go to checkout to start the payment process.

💡 Tip: Find your cart at any time by clicking on 🛒 in the top navigation on the Store.

Next, fill in your contact and billing details if you're a first-time customer. If you already have a Mintel Store account, log in at the top of the page so you can skip entering your details again.

For immediate access to your chosen report, select to pay by Card after entering your details – we accept both credit cards and debit cards. Once you have entered your card details on the checkout page, complete your payment via Stripe using Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Alternatively you can select Pay by Invoice as a payment method to request an offline transaction on the Store checkout page. In that case a team member will contact you with payment details and access instructions once you have completed all steps on the page.

Before clicking on Place order at the bottom of the page to confirm your purchase, review any taxes, such as VAT or sales tax, displayed in the order summary on the right side of the page.

Once you have confirmed your order, check your email inbox for your receipt. Card payment receipts are usually sent immediately. Invoice receipts are sent after payment is complete.

💡 Tip: While you are purchasing a report, register your Store account by setting an email and password so you can easily access your reports in the future.

What to do if something goes wrong

If your card payment fails, check that your billing address matches your payment card details and that your credit limit is sufficient. Then retry the payment with the corrected details.
