Access and download your purchased reports

Follow these steps to access your purchased reports and download the available formats.

Receive your purchased report via email

If you paid by card, we'll send you the report immediately as a PDF document, and presentation. Additionally, if the report has a Databook – that’s a collection of consumer survey data on the report’s topic – you'll also receive the Databook spreadsheet.

If you purchased by Invoice, wait for your access instructions. First-time buyers may need to complete additional verification.

Access an interactive version of the report

Once you have made any purchase on the Mintel Store, you will also be invited to access our interactive website. The instructions on how to access the page will be sent to you via email. Once you log in to the interactive website, you can view your purchased report in a more engaging format. You'll also be able to open the Databook in an interactive format to better understand consumer opinions and dive deep into demographics.

Alongside report access, our team of global experts release new trend analyses which are published on our interactive website almost daily, many of which are included with your single copy purchase.

📌 Note: Purchasing a Mintel Market Intelligence Report also gives you access to archived reports in the same series, where available. Archived reports can be accessed through the interactive website and are not available directly on the Mintel Store.

What to do if something goes wrong

If access to your purchased report is delayed, check your email inbox for purchase confirmation and access instructions. If you used an invoice to pay, allow time for processing before your access is confirmed.

If your confirmation email is missing, check your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered there.

If the report does not appear in your Store account or you still do not receive your report or access details, contact us via the help button in the bottom right corner of the page so we can investigate and set up your access.
