Find out what to do when the website isn't loading correctly.

Did you log in and something on the website just doesn't look right? There's no need to worry – we are here to help!

First, try this

In a lot of cases, you can simply refresh the page you are on from within your browser. If it's still looking weird after that, try a hard refresh by pressing CTRL + F5 or CTRL + R (Windows) or ⌘ + Shift + R (Mac) at the same time.

In case it still doesn't work as expected

If the issue is a bit more persistent, we recommend trying the following steps.

  1. Log out of your Mintel account.

  2. Close the tab you were in.

  3. Delete your browser's saved website data (cookies and cache). Here are the instructions to do this in your browser:
